We’ve put together a four-pick cross-sport parlay that will take you right through Friday night and Saturday morning, including action from the Olympics and the MLB.

Three picks are taken from the MLB and one will be from the Olympics men’s soccer gold-medal game on Saturday morning. A winning ticket gives us a nice payout with odds at +1469 with BetMGM: that’s 14/1! Let’s break down each of these four plays. Remember to gamble responsibly.

MLB pick: New York Mets vs Philadelphia Phillies ML (-115), 7:05pm ET

Marcus Stroman has had a tremendous season in his first full year as a Met – he’s pitched to a 2.80 ERA in 22 starts this year. But Stroman has been victimized by his team’s poor offense all year – he comes in with a record of 7-10 on the season. His Philadelphia counterpart, Kyle Gibson, has a nearly identical ERA of 2.86, and yet he sports a 7-3 record despite having spent most of the season with the light-hitting Texas Rangers backing him up. The Mets have hung onto first place since early May, but in the last week, the question has shifted from if they will give it up, to when it will happen. Here’s your answer: this Friday in Philadelphia. Take the Phillies with all the confidence in the world to jump into first place with a win.

MLB pick: Pittsburgh Pirates vs Cincinnati Reds -1.5 (-105), 7:10pm ET

Pittsburgh has lost 2 straight games and 7 of their last 10 overall. The Pirates are 0-5 in the last 5 visits to Cincinnati and 1-9 in the last 10 games against the Reds. The bottom-of-the-barrel offense ranks dead last in runs scored, slugging percentage, and home runs. In 56 away games, the Pirates have just 18 wins, which is the fourth-lowest number of victories in the MLB. The Pirates have lost each of JT Brubaker’s last 8 road starts. Pittsburgh is the only team in the league that covers the run line in less than 40% of the road games. In the last 7 visits to Cincinnati, Pittsburgh is 1-6 ATS. Take the Reds -1.5 to win a third straight game in this divisional matchup.

MLB pick: Miami Marlins vs Colorado Rockies – Under 10 runs (-115), 8:40pm ET

Only 4 of Sandy Alcantara’s 22 starts this season have combined for a double-digit total and 2 of those games were against the Giants and Dodgers, who are among the best offenses in the league.

As for German Marquez, 8 of his 13 starts at home and 10 of his last 13 starts have stayed below the total, so low-scoring affairs have been a common theme when Marquez starts. The conditions in Colorado make the over have value for most games, but tonight the wind will be blowing in at around 5-7 mph. It will be a surprise if this total doesn’t drop by first pitch, so back the under at Coors Field.

Olympic soccer pick: Brazil vs Spain – Under 1.5 goals (+130), 7:30am ET (Saturday)

Brazil has demonstrated it can be solid in defense when required — the South American team’s semi-final against Mexico was goalless all the way through to a shootout and they beat Egypt only 1-0 in the quarter-finals. Spain has also been excellent on defense but finding the net has been a problem for them and La Roja have scored more than 1 goal only once in 5 games. There isn’t much to separate these teams, and betting on a low-scoring game looks the best option. Take under 1.5 goals in the Olympic men’s final.
