Two more groups in Euro 2024 reach their conclusion on Tuesday, June 25, with Group C and Group D wrapping up. First off will be Group D tying up any loose ends, with France vs Poland kicking off at 12:00 pm ET live on FOX, while Netherlands vs Austria has the same start time and will air on FS1. Immediately following those games we have England vs Slovenia starting at 3:00 pm ET on FOX as Denmark vs Serbia takes place at 3:00 pm ET on FS1. We have expert soccer predictions for EVERY Euro 2024 and Copa America game throughout both tournaments, but for now, let’s dive into our Euro 2024 best bets for Tuesday.

France vs Poland best bet: France ML & Over 2.5 goals (-130)

In a tournament where just 8 sides are eliminated at the first hurdle, it’s difficult to be eliminated with a game to spare. However, Poland managed exactly that after losing to the Netherlands and Austria in their first 2 games of the tournament, ending any hope they had of a top-3 finish. Poland wrap up their campaign against the team that eliminated them from the 2022 World Cup, with France claiming a straightforward 3-1 victory when these 2 met in Qatar. This time around, the French are all but assured of qualifying for the last 16, but their failure to beat the Netherlands means they have work to do in order to claim top spot.

The conservative approach that Didier Deschamps takes with France is far from a surprise these days, but he may have to let his team off the leash a little in this clash. The French have fallen behind the Netherlands in the group standings and if both teams win their final fixture, goal difference would settle who takes top spot. The 2nd-placed team in Group D would likely need to beat Portugal and one of Spain or Germany just to reach the final, so the French won’t want to take too many risks there. They should be expected to comfortably beat a Poland team who have lost both games in Germany so far, conceding 5 times across those 2 defeats.

England vs Slovenia best bet: England ML & Under 2.5 goals (+200)

England got away with a poor display in their opener as they beat Serbia 1-0, but the manner of their 1-1 tie with Denmark has increased the pressure on Gareth Southgate and his team. The England boss has been trying to rebuild the spirit of the 2018 World Cup in the aftermath, where the Three Lions made the semifinals on a wave of optimism and little expectation. England followed that by making the final of Euro 2020 and it’s worth noting that their start to that tournament was similar to what they’ve experienced this time around. England beat Croatia 1-0 in their opener before a 0-0 tie with Scotland. They rounded off the group with a 1-0 win over the Czech Republic, before stepping up in the knockout rounds as all good tournament teams do.

That start could suggest how the Three Lions will approach their final group game, especially with Gareth Southgate expected to make some changes following the Denmark tie. The key thing for England will be tightening up at the back, while they need to get a better grip on games after going ahead. The quick turnaround between games suggests Southgate won’t suddenly have his team playing with Manchester City levels of control, while their disjointed attacking displays point to this being a low-scoring affair. England face a stern test against a Slovenia team that have tied their opening 2 games, so this is unlikely to be the comprehensive win fans are begging for.
