The New York Yankees have taken the baseball world by storm with their torpedo bats. Fresh off scoring 36 runs in their opening series, they will play host to the Arizona Diamondbacks and newcomer Corbin Burnes, who is on the short list on NL CY Young candidates.

You can catch the game live from 7.05 pm ET on TBS. Also get predictions on the side and total for Tuesday’s slate on our MLB picks page, but now let’s dive into my Diamondbacks vs Yankees Same Game Parlay!

Diamondbacks ML (-106)

Corbin Carroll to score a run (-135)

Diamondbacks Over 4.5 runs (+118)

Same Game Parlay odds: +228

Diamondbacks ML (-106)

We will craft this Same Game Parlay on FanDuel Sportsbook, as it has the best odds on our parlay. In the meantime, let’s discuss the Arizona Diamondbacks.

They split their series at home versus the Cubs. At the same time, the Yankees took care of the Brewers with ease, winning all 3 games and scoring 36 runs. That’s going to be a challenging task to replicate versus Corbin Burnes, who will lead the D-Backs rotation this season following multiple CY Young-caliber seasons in Milwaukee.

The Yankees will answer with RHP Will Warren, who ranks in the top 5 in their farm system but was hit around hard last season in a limited sample size. I’m already high on Burnes this season, as I’m holding a +1600 Cy Young ticket, so we will back the better pitcher priced as an underdog.

Corbin Carroll to score a run (-135)

Feel free to play this prop on its own via a different book. FanDuel is notorious for offering batter props at a disgusting price, as it’s the most convenient book. You can find Carroll as high as even money to score a run — a prop he has only cashed in 1 of 4 games to start the year, but he is known to have great splits versus right-handed pitching. We’ll trust the lineup behind him to send him home.

Diamondbacks Over 4.5 runs (+118)

Since all 3 plays correlate, we’re not getting a mind-blowing price. But with a rookie pitcher on the mound in one of the most hitter-friendly parks in all of baseball, I’m willing to ride the ship with the D-Backs’ offense led by Carroll atop of it. Warren allowed a combined 12 hits and eight runs over his last 2 spring training starts. He is expected to go 5 innings tonight with a 14.5 outs line posted — more than enough time for Arizona’s offense to get to him.
