It’s a busy schedule in the world of sports on Tuesday. We have a full slate of action in Major League Baseball (15 games) in addition to six in the NBA and eight in the NHL. Let’s take a look at where the betting money has gone so far.

NBA: Minnesota Timberwolves -1.5 over Houston Rockets

Per DraftKings, the public is all over the Minnesota Timberwolves in their road game against the Houston Rockets. A bloated 91 percent of the handle and 88 percent of the bets are backing Minnesota to cover the -1.5 spread. Bettors are also hammering the -121 money line, with 94 percent of the money and 77 percent of the wagers tipping the Timberwolves to win outright.

NBA: Brooklyn Nets vs. Toronto Raptors Over 232.5

Another popular play is on the over in the Brooklyn Nets’ road game against the Toronto Raptors. Over 232.5 is drawing 81 percent of the handle and 75 percent of the wagers. The Nets are also getting plenty of love, themselves. A total of 88 percent of the money and 82 percent of the bets are on Brooklyn -6; 75 percent of the handle and 82 percent of the wagers are on Brooklyn’s -240 money line.

NHL: New York Rangers ML over Buffalo Sabres

Bettors’ favorite NHL play of the day is a familiar one: fading the Buffalo Sabres. They are visiting the New York Rangers on Tuesday as—you guessed it—considerable underdogs. The Rangers are -295 on the money line and despite such sizable juice 94 percent of the money and 92 percent of the bets are going in that direction. Punters are happily giving the -1.5 goals, as well, with 87 percent of the handle and 74 percent of the wagers backing New York on the puck line.z

NHL: Washington Capitals -1.5 over New York Islanders

The public is also showing enthusiasm for the Washington Capitals, who are hosting the New York Islanders. At -1.5, the Caps are drawing 97 percent of the money. Interestingly, however, only 40 percent of the bets are doing the same. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that there is at least one massive play—and probably more—on New York’s puck line. As for the -113 money line, 87 percent of the handle and 75 percent of the wagers are backing the Rangers to win straight up.

MLB: Chicago White Sox -1.5 over Detroit Tigers

On the baseball diamond, bettors are especially sweet on the Chicago White Sox. With the Detroit Tigers paying a visit to Chicago, the White Sox are receiving 95 percent of both the handle and the wagers on the -1.5 run line. On the -250 money line, the Sox are inspiring 78 percent of the handle and 86 percent of the bets.

We have to agree with the public on this one–and in a big way. The White Sox -1.5 is our best MLB bet of the day.
