The NFL season may have come and gone and the NBA all-star break is in progress, but there is still plenty of action in the sports world. Today we have 6 games in the NHL and a total of 8 ranked teams are taking the court in college basketball.

Let’s take a look at where the public money has gone so far on Tuesday.

NCAAB: Arkansas -1.5 over Florida

One of bettors’ favorite plays of the day is on Arkansas to cover a modest -1.5 spread in its road game against Florida. The Razorbacks against the spread are inspiring 87 percent of the handle and 88 percent of the bets. We are on the Hogs, as well. They are coming off a nice win over Tennessee and the Gators could be in line for a letdown following their upset of Auburn.

NCAAB: Alabama ML over Vanderbilt

Punters are also hammering the Crimson Tide, who are paying a visit to Vanderbilt on Tuesday night. Alabama on the -180 money line is hauling in 88 percent of the handle and 79 percent of the wagers. The public is happy to give the 4 points, as well. Against the spread, the Tide are drawing 86 percent of the money and 69 percent of the wagers.

NHL: St. Louis Blues -1.5 over Philadelphia Flyers

Bettors’ favorite NHL play – or one of them – is on the Blues on the puck line in their road date with the Flyers. St. Louis (-1.5) is being supported by 83 percent of the money and 63 percent of the wagers. The public is also extremely willing to incur -230 juice on the money line. A total of 86 percent of the handle and 87 percent of the bets are backing the Blues to win outright. We like that safer play on the St. Louis money line along with the over in this matchup.

The public also likes Minnesota, which is visiting Ottawa on Tuesday. This money line is set at -230, as well, and on it the Wild are getting 89 percent of the handle and 88 percent of the bets. Minnesota-Ottawa is also one of bettors’ favorite over plays today; 81 percent of the money and 66 percent of the bets are backing Over 6.

NHL: Toronto Maple Leafs vs Columbus Blue Jackets Over 6.5

Finally, punters are putting their faith in the Maple Leafs to bounce back from a disastrous loss to Montreal on Monday. Toronto on the -220 money line is inspiring 82 percent of the money and 73 percent of the bets. The public’s favorite play for this contest, though, is on Over 6.5. At some sportsbooks this total is at a whopping 7. On the 6.5 number at DraftKings, 81 percent of the handle and 77 percent of the bets are hoping for a high-scoring affair.
