The final full week of the 2022 college football regular season is upon us. In fact, it has already been going on for a while. Following some early-week MAC festivities, the Egg Bowl featuring Ole Miss and Mississippi State was played on Thanksgiving. Now we have significant Friday and Saturday slates on our hands. While no team can officially clinch a College Football Playoff berth when the next rankings are revealed, at least 2 programs can all but book their semifinal tickets with 1 more victory.

For now we are focusing on individual players, so let’s take a look at my favorite prop bets for Week 13. Meanwhile, be sure to check out our NCAAF picks for all of the biggest college football games this week.

Blake Shapen, QB, Baylor, over 206.5 passing yards (-115)

With the Bears coming off a tough 1-point loss to undefeated TCU and now meeting a Texas team that allows 236.3 passing yards per game, I expect them to come out with a vengeance and sling it around the field early and often. Shapen has exceeded this number in 6 of 11 games during the 2022 campaign, including 2 with at least 326 yards. In last week’s setback against the Horned Frogs, he went 21-of-30 for 269 yards. Anything close to a similar output will cash this play going away.

Jadon Haselwood, WR, Arkansas, over 46.5 receiving yards (-110)

Haselwood has exceeded this quota in 5 of the last 9 games – and on every 1 of those 5 occasions, he has soared past it with room to spare. This stretch includes performances of 113 yards and 86 yards twice. Now the Razorbacks are going up against a bad Missouri passing defense. The Tigers are allowing more than 209 yards per game through the air and 7.0 yards per pass attempt. Their numbers would be even worse, but they are skewed because they are coming off a 45-14 rout of New Mexico State in which the Aggies completed only 8 of 21 passes for 115 yards. Haselwood should be able to take full advantage of Missouri.

Michael Wiley, RB, Arizona, Over 0.5 rushing touchdowns (-105)

When Wiley is scoring on the ground in exactly half of his games (5 of 10), it’s clear that getting him almost at even money has good value – especially when he is facing Arizona State on Friday. The Sun Devils are nothing short of an abject disaster when it comes to stopping the run. They are surrendering 179.7 yard per game on the ground and 4.9 yards per carry. Even more encouraging for the sake of this bet is that they have given up a ridiculous 26 rushing TDs. Only 9 teams have allowed more. Over the past 4 contests, Wiley has scored twice and is averaging 5.9 yards per carry.
