Get your popcorn ready for championship week in college football. It all gets started on Friday with Western Kentucky vs UTSA for the Conference USA title and Oregon battling Utah in the Pac-12. After that, Saturday’s festivities will be headlined by the SEC Championship between Alabama and Georgia. In addition to those two teams, Michigan, Cincinnati, and Oklahoma State will also be looking to secure spots in the College Football Playoff.

Yes, it’s the biggest weekend of all in college football and we have plenty of options to choose from to form a lucrative mega parlay.

Georgia -9.5 alternate spread (+130)

Louisiana ML (+115)

Western Kentucky -6.5 alternate spread (+125)

Parlay odds: +1013

For this parlay we are going with two favorites on alternate spreads and one underdog on the money line. Let’s break down each of the three legs one by one.

Georgia -9.5 alternate spread over Alabama (+130)

Since Georgia scraped past Clemson 10-3 way back in the opening game of the season, no team has played the Bulldogs closer than a 17-point margin. The Bulldogs have destroyed 10 of their 12 opponents by 24 points or more. Dating back to the third week of October, these are UGA’s results: 34-7 over Florida, 43-6 over Missouri, 41-17 over Tennessee, 56-7 over Charleston Southern, and 45-0 over Georgia Tech. The Dawgs boast arguably the best defense in college football history. They are holding opponents to a mind-boggling 6.9 points per game (Wisconsin and Oklahoma State are tied for second in the nation at 16.4 ppg allowed). Alabama is lucky just to be going into this showdown with just one loss. Don’t be surprised if the Crimson Tide lose by double-digits.

Louisiana ML over Appalachian State (+115)

Louisiana head coach Billy Napier will be coaching on the sidelines for the Sun Belt Championship game against Appalachian State before he heads to Florida. Even with Napier’s official departure coming soon, the Ragin’ Cajuns should be highly motivated and ready to go for this one. These teams met in Lafayette back on October 12, when Louisiana dominated from start to finish. The Cajuns jumped out to a 20-3 lead at the end of the first quarter and never looked back, winning 41-13. They out-gained the Mountaineers 455 to 211 and App State went 0-for-11 on third down. That performance certainly gives the Louisiana defensive unit a ton of confidence, and it helps that this is once again home. The Ragin’ Cajuns are a perfect 6-0 straight at home in 2021; look for that trend to remain intact.

Western Kentucky -6.5 alternate spread over UTSA (+125)

UTSA had been the darling of the college football world this season, as it was undefeated and ranked No. 15 in the country heading into the last week of the regular season. But the Roadrunners suffered a brutal road loss at the hands of North Texas, once again seeing their rushing attack stifled as it had been in recent weeks. On defense, the Roadrunners will have their hands full with Bailey Zappe and WKU’s top-ranked passing offense in the country. Zappe continues to put up video-game like numbers each time he takes the field and he is the primary reason why the Hilltoppers have scored at least 42 points in seven of their last eight games. They may be able to win this one by a touchdown or more.
