A whole host of Power 5 programs are taking the court in college basketball on Tuesday. Among them are Villanova, Duke, North Carolina, Virginia, Kentucky, Michigan and Oregon. The Ducks are part of this three-team mega parlay along with Miami (FL) and Seton Hall.
Miami (FL) -6.5 (-110)
Seton Hall +8.5 (-110)
Oregon to win by 11+ (+240)
Parlay odds: +1139
For this parlay we are going with two favorites against the spread (one on an alternate spread) and one underdog plus the points. Let’s break down each of the three legs one by one.
Miami (FL) -6.5 over Florida Atlantic (-110)
Miami guard Kameron McGusty has looked great after last year’s injury-plagued season, averaging 24.0 ppg. This team has just enough talent to be dangerous but needs to be on its game to win. The Owls have played two games, but only one was a lined competition against a D1 school. They lost that one against New Mexico in a contest in which both teams scored in the 90s. FAU has enough size to make sure it doesn’t get pushed around, but this is a tough test for the home team. The Hurricanes simply boast superior talent, which is not surprising. Sure Miami has disappointed early on, but that probably shaves a point and half off this number—maybe more. The Owls may want to go back and forth like they did against New Mexico, but they probably can’t compete with Miami using that strategy.

Seton Hall +8.5 over Michigan (-110)
Seton Hall has started the season a perfect 2-0 with convincing wins over Fairleigh Dickinson and Yale. The Pirates cruised past a solid Yale team 80-44, benefiting from 13 points by Kadary Richmond and 15 by Alexis Yetna. Their defense thus far has been impressive, holding both of their opponents to fewer than 50 points. Seton Hall is the top-ranked team nationwide in effective field-goal percentage defense according to KenPom. Michigan is off to a hot start, as well, beating Buffalo and Prairie View A&M by double-digits. The Wolverines should win this game, but Seton Hall has been extremely impressive so far and 8.5 points will likely be enough.

Oregon to win by 11+ over BYU (+240)
The Cougars have beaten two potential NCAA Tournament teams already this season in Cleveland State and San Diego State. This game in Portland will be their biggest test yet. Oregon has opened the season at 2-0 after taking care of Texas Southern and SMU with ease. The Ducks dominated SMU from start to finish, jumping out to a 50-35 lead at halftime on Friday night. They shot an impressive 51.6 percent from the field with Eric Williams Jr., Will Richardson, and Jacob Young leading the way in scoring. Although his team lost some key pieces from last season, head coach Dana Altman seems to always find a way to keep the Ducks at the top of the Pac-12. BYU is a good team, no doubt, but Oregon is on a different level.
