Only Liverpool looks to have already lost its chance to reach the quarterfinals after a 5-2 home loss to Barcelona. Napoli and Benfica hold 2-goal leads after the first game, with 4 teams leading by a single goal and Leipzig and Manchester City level after a 1-1 tie in their first encounter.
Tuesday’s slate will see Benfica defending a 2-0 lead against Club Brugge in Portugal and Chelsea trying to overturn a 1-0 deficit in London against Borussia Dortmund.

Benfica vs Club Brugge best bet: Benfica Win In Shutout (+130)
Portuguese League leaders Benfica took a significant step towards the Champions League quarterfinals with a 2-0 first-leg victory away to Club Brugge and should keep the Belgians at bay in Tuesday’s second leg. Club Brugge won 4-0 away to Porto in its first Champions League road trip of the season but has been in dismal form in the build-up to this trip to Portugal.
Since that victory at Porto, Brugge has won only 2 of 13 road games in all competitions inside 90 minutes and now faces a Benfica team that is solid in defense but also has a slick attacking unit. The Eagles have won 16 of their 18 home games this season, drawing the other 2 against Paris St-Germain in the Champions League and Sporting in the Portuguese league. They have won 3 of their last 4 games in shutouts and should extend that run against Brugge.

Chelsea vs Borussia Dortmund best bet: Dortmund ML (+325)
Wesley Fofana’s header earned Chelsea a hard-fought 1-0 EPL win over Leeds on Saturday but the London club’s ability to score enough goals is a huge concern ahead of Tuesday’s Champions League last-16 second-leg game against Borussia Dortmund. Before the Leeds win, the Blues had been shut out in 3 straight losses, including the 1-0 first-leg defeat in Dortmund.
The Germans have not put a foot wrong since the World Cup, winning all 10 of their games in 2023, and they should be backed to seal qualification with a victory at Stamford Bridge. Dortmund boosted its Bundesliga title hopes with a 2-1 home win over RB Leipzig on Friday. There is a gulf between these teams in terms of confidence and Dortmund, which won 4-1 in Sevilla in the Champions League group stage, has the offensive talent to take advantage as Chelsea attempts to turn the tie around.
