Brazil has been one of the most impressive teams at the World Cup and will be looking to book a spot in the quarterfinals when taking on South Korea on Monday. The South Americans lost their final group game 1-0 to Cameroon with a much-changed lineup after qualification had already been guaranteed by victories against Serbia and Switzerland.
Brazil is widely expected to beat the Koreans, who booked a place in the round of 16 with a late winning goal against Portugal which eliminated Uruguay and Ghana. We anticipate an interesting game between these teans and our Brazil vs South Korea Same Game Parlay is available at +1290 odds with FanDuel Sportsbook at the time of publishing.

Jung Woo-Young to be booked (+300)

Let’s check out the reasoning behind each of our selections:
Over 2.5 goals (-130)
South Korea’s 2-1 win over a Portugal team that featured some lineup changes but still contained Cristiano Ronaldo, was a huge surprise but the Koreans have had a mixed World Cup so far. Few fancied them to get the better of Portugal and it is worth remembering that they allowed 3 goals in a loss to Ghana.
That is not a good omen before they face one of the best forward lines in the tournament and while it took time for Brazil to break through against both Serbia and Switzerland, the South Americans are likely to be more positive this time. Brazil scored at least twice in 7 of the 8 games before the 1-0 win over Switzerland, and there should be at least 3 goals in this matchup.

Richarlison anytime goalscorer (+140)
It has not been a completely smooth ride for Brazil as star forward Neymar was injured in the first game against Serbia and Arsenal’s Gabriel Jesus has been ruled out for the rest of the tournament. However, coach Tite has a wealth of options in attack and Tottenham’s Richarlison looks set to spearhead the Brazilian effort.
He has already scored twice in the tournament — his second goal against Serbia was superb — and he went into the competition in excellent form for his country. Richarlison scored 7 goals in 6 appearances before going to Qatar and could be the main man once more against Korea. Remember that even though the market is called anytime goalscorer, only goals scored in regulation (and stoppage time) will count. Any goals in extra-time or a shootout will not qualify.
Jung Woo-Young to be booked (+300)
Brazil is likely to enjoy the majority of possession and that means many Korean players will be vulnerable to receiving a yellow card in Monday’s matchup. One player to target is midfielder Jung Woo-Young. Jung, who plays his club soccer for Al Sadd in Qatar, has already committed 9 fouls in the tournament, but has yet to go into a referee’s notebook.
There is a good chance that will eventually catch up with him against the tournament favorite as he tries to stop the waves of Brazil attacks.
