There are plenty of sports going on today with the Euro 2020 soccer tournament, NBA Playoffs, NHL Playoffs and a big slate of MLB baseball games. There look to be a host of promotions and boosts on offer from sportsbooks. But which ones should you look to capitalize on?

We’ve put together a list of all of the day’s best boosts, which happen to be from DraftKings Sportsbook and PointsBet Sportsbook today, and whether they are worth playing. Let’s dive in.

Mark Stone to score a goal and the Vegas Golden Knights to win (Boosted to +280), PointsBet Sportsbook

The Vegas Golden Knights dominated Game 1 and we will be expecting the same tonight in Game 2. Mark Stone is a crucial part of this team, though did not record a point in Game 1. He has scored five goals this postseason, so at  these odds, this is worth a play especially because we are expecting another puck-line win for the Golden Knights. Joel Embiid to outscore Trae Young and the 76ers to win (Boosted to +140), PointsBet Sportsbook

Joel Embiid and Trae Young have mostly dominated this series for their respective teams. Heading into Game 5, Young is averaging 27.25 points per game and Embiid is averaging 30.75 points per game. So far, Embiid is doing most of his dominance in Philadelphia, which is where this game will be tonight. He is averaging 39.5 points per home game, while Young is averaging 28.0 points per game on the road. Being back in Philly is enough for us to believe Embiid is going to have a strong performance, as long as he is healthy. Especially after his brutal second half in Game 4. Our experts also lean the way of a Sixers cover, so backing this odds boost looks to be a solid play. Be sure to check out our full game preview for this matchup.

Both teams to score and Italy to win (Boosted to +375), DraftKings Sportsbook

Italy dominated their opening Euro 2020 soccer game against Turkey and we believe a similar result will happen today. Switzerland probably should have beaten Wales and controlled that game even though it ended in a 1-1 tie. They will be more of a threat against the Italians than Turkey were, so it would not be a surprise to see the Swiss find the back of the net, albeit in a loss. For that reason and at these odds, this looks to be a decent play. Be sure to check out our full game preview for this matchup.

Jacob deGrom to strike out the Cubs’ first two batters of the game (Boosted to +400), DraftKings Sportsbook

The best pitcher in the MLB by far will take the mound against the Chicago Cubs. Jacob deGrom has been absolutely dominant and there is reason to believe he can start this game strongly as well. In his most recent start, he struck out the first two batters of the game and this was against the San Diego Padres. Even against the Cubs, a hot start is more than likely, so backing this odds boost as a small play seems to be decent. Be sure to check out our full game preview for this matchup.

Gerrit Cole to record 8+ strikeouts and the Yankees to win (Boosted to +170), DraftKings Sportsbook

Gerrit Cole has recently had some distractions to say the least, which is why this might not be an odds boost worth playing. Cole had nine strikeouts in his most recent start, so if he even goes 6.0 innings, he is likely to reach the mark we need today. Our experts still lean towards the Blue Jays to pull the upset, so backing this odds boost might be best to avoid. Be sure to check out our full game preview for this matchup.

Over 2.5 total goals in first period of Canadiens vs. Golden Knights (Boosted to +440), DraftKings Sportsbook

This is a little bit of a longshot given how we expect Vegas to play defensively, but seeing that the home crowd will be behind them, the Golden Knights may very well come out swinging. Montreal on the other hand, will likely need a strong start as well, given how Game 1 went, so seeing them score at least once in the opening period could be likely. Three goals in the first period would hurt the chances of this game going under the total, so this might be an odds boost to avoid. Be sure to check out our full game preview for this matchup.
