We have put together a list of Wednesday’s best odds boosts, which today are from DraftKings Sportsbook and FanDuel Sportsbook. We’ll discuss whether or not they are worth playing.
DeMar DeRozan to record 30+ points, 5+ rebounds, 5+ assists – Boosted from +205 to +240 with DraftKings Sportsbook
This prop focuses on the performance of Chicago star DeMar DeRozan in the Bulls’ NBA game against the Charlotte Hornets tonight (7:30pm ET, ESPN). To cash the bet at +240 odds, we need DeRozan to score 30 or more points, plus 5 or more rebounds and 5 or more assists. Charlotte are certainly a team to target when betting player performance overs and the total for this game is in the 230s. Our expert handicapper prefers to go under, but mostly due to concerns with the Hornets offense. DeRozan averages 27.2 points per game, 5.2 rebounds per game and 5.1 assists per game, so against one of the most generous defenses in the association, this prop looks worth a play.

Stephen Curry & Donovan Mitchell to combine for 50+ points – Boosted from -120 to -110 with DraftKings Sportsbook
The Warriors play the Jazz is the late game on ESPN tonight and this prop needs Stephen Curry (Golden State) and Donovan Mitchell (Utah) to score 50 or more points between them in the game. It’s not the most generous boost you’ll ever see as it’s not even at plus money, but with Curry averaging 25.7 points despite some uncharacteristic struggles this season, and Mitchell having the same average for the Jazz, it looks worth a play, especially with both teams missing key defensive players in Draymond Green and Rudy Gobert.
Patrick Kane & Connor McDavid to combine for 4+ points – Boosted from +225 to +250 with DraftKings Sportsbook
Elite offensive players Patrick Kane and Connor McDavid meet in the NHL tonight as Kane’s Chicago team takes on McDavid’s Edmonton. This prop requires them to combine for 4 or more points in the game, and with our NHL handicapper happy to over despite a high total of 6.5 goals, the opportunities could be there for this to hit. The Blackhawks have scored only 1 goal in their last 2 games and Kane has 42 points in 42 games this season, so much of the burden could fall on McDavid. He has 60 points in 42 games, so despite the suspect defenses, this prop looks no more than a speculative play at these odds.

Steph Curry to make 5+ threes and Warriors to win vs Jazz – Boosted from +300 to +400 with FanDuel Sportsbook
Getting back to the Warriors-Jazz game for this prop from FanDuel Sportsbook, here we need Curry to make 5 or more 3-pointers in a win for the Warriors. Our expert likes the Warriors to win this game, and with Curry having hit 6-3-7-4-4 from downtown in his last 5 games, it could be worth playing.

Jon Rahm & Justin Thomas both to finish in the top 20 (inc. ties) of the Waste Management Phoenix Open – Boosted from +150 to +200 with FanDuel Sportsbook
This week’s PGA Tour event is the Waste Management Phoenix Open and this boost requires Jon Rahm and Justin Thomas to both finish in the top 20. Thomas enjoys playing at Scottsdale, while Rahm has started 2022 in fine form and tied for 3rd in the Farmers Insurance Open last time out, so this looks a solid play.
