We have put together a list of Thursday’s best odds boosts, which today are from DraftKings Sportsbook and FanDuel Sportsbook. We’ll discuss whether or not they are worth playing.

Devin Booker to make 4+ three-pointers – Boosted from +140 to +160 with DraftKings Sportsbook

Can Devin Booker drain at least 4 3-pointers when the Phoenix Suns visit the Atlanta Hawks on Thursday? It’s possible, for sure. Booker finished with 38 points the last time these teams faced each other this season, doing so on a 5-for-9 effort from the land of plenty. During his team’s current 11-game winning streak, Booker is averaging more than 30 points per contest. He is coming off a 35-point performance against Brooklyn and in his last 4 games he has twice scored at least 35. He has drained at least 4 treys in 2 of the last 3. Booker scoring 35+ points is a leg in our Suns-Hawks same game parlay, so it’s clear that we like his chances of having a big night. Four 3-pointers is by no means out of the question, so this is an odds boost worth taking.

Clippers and Lakers to combine for 25+ three-pointers – Boosted from -105 to +105 with DraftKings Sportsbook

A total of 25 3-balls would be just about average for the Los Angeles Clippers and Los Angeles Lakers, so anything into plus money — such as this odds boost — seems like a sensible play. These two in-city rivals have faced each other only once this season and in that contest they combined for 28 triples while forking up 68 long-distance dials. Both clubs are in the middle of the pack this season in 3-pointers made, and the Lakers have been above their average with 13.7 makes of the past 3 games. It isn’t an overly confident bet, but at +105 it’s one worth making.

Jack Hermansson vs Sean Strickland to end in round 1, 3, or 5 – Boosted from +155 to +200 with DraftKings Sportsbook

A middleweight bout between Jack Hermansson and Sean Strickland is the headliner of Saturday’s UFC Fight Night card. Strickland is 4-0 since transitioning from welterweight and he is a considerable -210 favorite. However, Hermansson has succumbed by KO or TKO only twice in 28 career fights. Don’t be surprised if Strickland is unable to finish this one prior to a decision. Getting an ending in only three specific rounds a modest +200 price probably isn’t enough to bite.

Both teams to score in Cameroon vs Egypt – Boosted from +145 to +180 with FanDuel Sportsbook

Cameroon and Egypt will collide in the semi-finals of the Africa Cup of Nations on Thursday. Since the calendar turned to 2022, Cameroon has played 4 matches and both clubs have scored in all 4 of them. The Indomitable Lions have scored multiple goals in 3 of those games, including 4 against Ethiopia. Egypt generally plays lower-scoring affairs, but it just beat Morocco 2-1 in the quarter-finals. At +180 odds, both teams finding the back of the net looks like a boost worth taking.
