We have put together a list of all of the day’s best odds boosts, which are from DraftKings Sportsbook. We will discuss whether or not they are worth playing. Let’s dive in.
Donovan Mitchell to score 30+ points – Boosted from +145 to +165 with DraftKings Sportsbook
For this prop we will need Donovan Mitchell to score at least 30 points tonight against the New York Knicks. Mitchell is averaging 25.7 points per game per game this season. He is coming off a 37-point performance against the Chicago Bulls and has surpassed 30 points in 2 of the last 9 games. In 1 game against the New York Knicks this season, Mitchell scored 32 points, so a similar performance should be expected here. Because of his success earlier this season against New York, this prop looks to be worth a play.

Jason Tatum & Jaylen Brown to combine for 30+ 1st half points – Boosted from +130 to +150 with DraftKings Sportsbook
This prop will need Jason Tatum and Jaylon Brown to combine for at least 30 points in the 1st half against the Denver Nuggets tonight. The fact that it is just the 1st half makes this prop hard to back. Tatum is averaging 26.8 points per game, while Brown is averaging 23.0 points per game. Brown scored just 12 points against the Nuggets in the lone meeting this season and Tatum scored 24 points. Tatum had just 8 points in the first half, while Brown had just 2 points. For that reason avoiding this prop looks to be the best option.
Brady Skjei, Derek Stepan, or Jesper Fast to score a goal – Boosted from +130 to +150 with DraftKings Sportsbook
For this prop we will need Brady Skjei, Derek Stepan, or Jespar Fast to score a goal against the New York Rangers tonight. The one thing all these players have in common is that at some point in their careers, they all played for New York. None of them have scored many goals this season though, Skjei and Stepan sitting at 7 and Fast sitting at 11. Fast has scored once against the Rangers this season, though he has not scored since the beginning of March. Both Skjei and Stepan have not scored since February, so the lack of goal scoring makes this prop hard to get behind.
Not only do these guys not score very often, but the Rangers also have the third best defense in the NHL, allowing 2.55 goals per game. So, while our experts do like the Hurricanes to win this game in regulation, we should expect their goal scorers to be someone like Sebastian Aho (27 goals), or even Andrei Svechnikov (23 goals). For that reason this prop should be avoided.
