There are plenty of sports going on today with the NHL playoffs, NBA playoffs, and plenty of baseball games. There look to be plenty of promotions and boosts on offer from sportsbooks. But which ones should you look to capitalize on?
We’ve put together a list of all of the day’s best boosts, which happen to be from DraftKings Sportsbook and PointsBet Sportsbook today and whether they are worth playing. Let’s dive in.
Ronald Acuna Jr. to record 1+ RBI’s (Boosted to +275), DraftKings Sportsbook
The Atlanta Braves were hammered last night by a score of 13-2, so they will be looking to bounce back strong here. Though it is going to be rough tonight, considering the Braves will be matched up against Jacob deGrom. We still like the Braves in the game because of how bad the Mets’ lineup has been. Meanwhile, Ronald Acuna Jr. has looked like an MVP so far this season. If he just gets one chance to bring home a run, we believe he can do just that. It might even come in the later innings when the bullpen comes in, but at this price, this looks like a decent shot to take.

Luka Doncic to record a Triple Double (Boosted to +445), DraftKings Sportsbook
The Mavs dropped Game 3 at home, but will look to bounce back in a Game 4 that might be a must win. Luka Doncic had 44 points in Game 3 and missed a triple-double by one rebound and one assist. It did not help that the rest of his team shot poor from the field overall, a factor we expect to improve tonight. Doncic can literally drop a triple-double on any given night, so with the importance of this game, this odds boost look good at the price.

Nets and Celtics to combine for 30+ total 3s (Boosted to +170), DraftKings Sportsbook
Obviously the NBA has changed to where teams are comfortable standing around and jacking up threes. We have seen plenty in this series so far, but 32 threes were made in Game 3. In Game 2, we missed this number by just one shot as 29 threes were made. Boston probably knows if they want to even the series, they are going to have to knock down their deep range shots. We expect plenty of threes to be attempted, so this odds boost looks like a decent one.

Nathan MacKinnon to score a goal and the Avalanche to Win (Boosted to +190), PointsBet Sportsbook
The Colorado Avalanche will look to keep their offense rolling when they take on the Vegas Golden Knights in Game 1 of the second-round. The Avs averaged 5.0 goals in their four game sweep against St. Louis, while the Golden Knights averaged just 2.8 goals. Nathan MacKinnon had a total of nine points in the four games against the Blues. More importantly, he had six goals. We like the Avalanche to take a 1-0 series lead here and because MacKinnon has looked so good this postseason, backing this odds boost looks to be a decent play.

James Harden to score 25+ Points and the Nets to Win (Boosted to +125), PointsBet Sportsbook
The Nets might have lost Game 3, but James Harden nearly brought them back with his ability to knock down shots. Harden had 41 points in this game, bringing his series average to 27.3. He is an excellent option for when Kyrie Irving or Kevin Durant have an off game. As shown in Gae 3, Irving did not shoot the ball all that well and Harden took over. Because we like a big Nets bounce back, backing this odds boost looks like a solid play.

LeBron James and Anthony Davis to combine for 57 points (Boosted to +100), PointsBet Sportsbook
The Lakers look ready to take over this series and while we do not think they are going to blow out the Suns in Game 4, we can expect LeBron James and Anthony to carry this Lakers team. Actually, the fact that we like Phoenix to cover might help our odds boost here. A closer game likely means James and Davis will be taking more shots themselves instead of passing and looking for open opportunities. After Game 1, where James and Davis combined for 31 points, they have combined for 57 and 55 points respectively in the next two games. In Game 3, they could have easily passed this mark, therefore this looks like an odds boost that is very playable.
