Fresno State to lead by 8+ at the end of 1st Quarter – Boosted to +115 with DraftKings Sportsbook

Fresno State is heavily favored against UConn which is warranted. The Huskies did not play in 2020, so who really knows what to expect from them. The Huskies’ defense is expected to be awful and while the Bulldogs are not a powerhouse by any means, asking them to have a 2-score lead in the 1st quarter is more than reasonable.

Shohei Ohtani to have an extra base hit – Boosted to +135 with DraftKings Sportsbook

For this prop we will need Shohei Ohtani to have an extra base hit. Seeing how many home runs he has, that is probably a likely outcome here. Ryan Weathers will start for the Padres, and his 5.27 ERA is concerning. For that reason backing this prop is worth a play.

DJ LeMahieu to record 1+ RBIs – Boosted to +300 with DraftKings Sportsbook

The Yankees will face the Athletics this afternoon and DJ LeMahieu will be the main focus here. He will need to record at least 1 RBI for this prop to cash. Facing Frankie Montas is not the tallest task either, plus LeMahieu has 51 RBIs, the second most in their current lineup. The bottom of the lineup will likely need to set him up with a chance, but backing this prop looks to be a decent play.

Boston Red Sox & New York Yankees Both to Win – Boosted to +300 with FanDuel Sportsbook

This parlay will need both the Yankees and Red Sox to win. The Yankees are the hottest team in baseball right now, so we like them to win. On the other hand, we are much less confident in the Red Sox against the Indians. For that reason this boost may be best to avoid.

Illinois first to score 10+ points – Boosted to +185 with BetMGM Sportsbook

Illinois is an underdog here, but a fast start is what we will need. We actually like the Fighting Illini to cover the spread as a lean, and with the distractions on the Nebraska sideline due to their coach this looks to be a prop worth a small shot.

Nebraska and UCLA both to win – Boosted to -165 with PointsBet Sportsbook

UCLA is favored by about 18.5 points and Nebraska is favored by 7. While both should win, there always tends to be upsets early on in college football. Illinois is probably more likely to pull the upset. Avoiding this prop comes down to the price we are having to lay.
