Seahawks vs Lions anytime touchdown scorer pick: Jahmyr Gibbs (-105)

Line available at DraftKings Sportsbook at time of publishing.

I know, it’s no fun picking touchdown scorers at minus odds, but with this loaded Lions offense that has an implied team total of 25.5, Jahmyr Gibbs is one I want to back on Monday Night Football. Through the first three weeks of the season, David Montgomery and Gibbs have split the redzone work with each having nine carries. But it’s the five redzone targets that separates the two backs. He’s totaled at least 15 touches in all three games to start the year. Expect much of the same on Monday Night.

Seahawks vs Lions anytime touchdown scorer pick: Jameson Williams (+225)

Odds available at BetMGM at time of publishing.

I’ll tip my cap to the Seahawks and 1st year Head Coach Mike Macdonald. He has the Seahawks at 3-0 and a defense allowing just 14.3 points per game – but those three opponents were the Broncos, Patriots, and Tua-less Dolphins. They’re walking into a hostile environment against one of the most lethal offenses in the league – insert Jameson Williams – commanding 45% of the Lions air yards.

Williams has taken huge strides in 2024 after a 2023 season that resulted in 354 yards. After three games, Williams totaled 209 yards, including the last game, where Williams had one catch for nine yards. He’s amongst the league’s best at taking the top off a secondary. With Seatle missing multiple defensive starters, mostly on the defensive line, backing Williams at +225 is an excellent investment.
