Andrei Svechnikov over 0.5 goals (+150)

This is going to be an incredible matchup. Two Eastern Conference powerhouses are meeting for the second time this year and it’s going to be a good one. Svechnikov has been a goal scoring machine as of late. He has six goals in his last six games, and he’s currently on a three-game goal streak. He is the No. 1 shooting option on the Hurricanes power play and is averaging more than three minutes a night on the man advantage. This line seems to be undervaluing the run that Svechnikov has been on. At +150, bettors are getting solid value for Svechnikov to record a goal tonight. He’s one of the best young goal-scorers in the league and has an incredibly deceptive wrist shot. The Panthers are a great team, but they’re allowing nearly three goals per game and will be playing on the road, something they haven’t done too well with. The Hurricanes are 16-4-1 on home ice this season and Svechnikov has recorded 10 goals in 18 home games this season (he missed games due to Covid protocols). Take Svechnikov over 0.5 goals.

Jack Eichel over 0.5 goals (+185)

This will be Jack Eichel’s return to hockey and career debut for the Golden Knights. This has been a highly anticipated event since the blockbuster trade that sent Eichel to Vegas. This is also one of the premier matchups in the Western Conference, as the two top teams in the conference battle it out. This should be a fantastic game, and if you want to enjoy it even more as a viewer/bettor, tail this prop bet. At +185, Eichel is providing some great value. He’s a top 10 player in the world, he’s been traded away from a terrible organization to one of the most highly touted franchises in the league, and the anticipation he’s had to return is likely through the roof. In a recent interview Eichel explained how excited and honored he is to be playing for Vegas, and in a massive game against the Avalanche there isn’t a better time for him to debut. It’s a bit of a riskier bet since we haven’t seen him play this season, but at +185 in one of the best matchups of the year take Eichel over 0.5 goals.
