Elias Pettersson has looked like a completely different player since the head coaching change in Vancouver, and is starting to get back to his old self. He has 14 points in his last 9 games, with 6 goals. He’s been playing his best hockey of the season, and at -125 to score a point, bettors are still getting great odds for a player who has been playing as well as he has. In Pettersson’s last game against the Islanders, he recorded a goal on 4 shots. After a 6-3 loss to NYI in February, the Canucks will be looking for some revenge. Expect Pettersson to excel. Vancouver is back in a playoff race, and they’ll need their best players to step up if they expect to win. Take Pettersson to record over 0.5 points.
