He still has a chance to catch 40 goals this year and playing tonight against the New Jersey Devils his chances of scoring are very high. He has scored in two consecutive games and has totaled four goals in his last four games. He might be a young star but his strength and skill with the puck are both similar to a veteran all-star. The Sabres are playing some of their best hockey of the season. They are currently averaging 3.3 goals per game over their last 10. Neither of these two teams will be making the playoffs, tonight’s game will be played very loosely and could lead to a high-scoring game. Take Thompson to score.

Nikita Kucherov Over 0.5 goals (+140)
Nikita Kucherov and the Tampa Bay Lightning always play a solid game against their divisional rival, the Toronto Maple Leafs. With playoffs just around the corner, this matchup is becoming more and more likely to be a first-round battle. Knowing that, both teams’ top players will be looking to set a precedent for tonight’s game. Kucherov has scored in three consecutive games and has totaled 8 goals in his last 9 games. He has been scoring goals at an elite pace and tonight should be no different. Erik Kallgren has been confirmed as the Leafs starter for tonight’s game. In his last 2 starts he has allowed 8 goals.
