Alex Tuch over 0.5 goals (+155)

Since joining the Buffalo Sabres, Alex Tuch has been scoring more than a point per game and has recorded 7 goals in 16 games. He currently has 4 goals in his last 6 games, and he will be looking to maintain this run tonight. This is a matchup between two of the worst teams in the league, so Tuch should be able to find some open ice in this matchup. After being moved from Vegas in the Jack Eichel trade, Tuch is establishing himself as a legitimate player who may have never gotten a fair opportunity with Vegas.

With 19 points in 16 games, Tuch is becoming a household name for the city of Buffalo, which is his hometown. Representing the Sabres could explain the extra pep in his step. For +155 odds, bettors are getting great value tonight. He’s averaged more than four shots on goal in his last seven games, if he can maintain that offensive pressure one is bound to drop. The Ottawa Senators are allowing 3.24 goals per game. Take Tuch to record over 0.5 goals.

Moritz Seider over 0.5 points (-110)

One of the best young defensemen in the game and making a solid case for rookie of the year, Mo Seider is a rookie every team would want to have. In 50 games, he’s recorded 34 points… we’re seeing another Quinn Hughes or Cale Makar right now and if you could put stock into a player’s future, everyone should be looking at Seider as a value bet.

The New York Rangers and Detroit Red Wings haven’t played each other in more than two years, so there is an element of the unknown. However, with how Seider has been playing recently, him recording a point could happen early tonight. He has five points in his last three games and will be looking to extend his point streak to four games in this matchup. His time on ice has slowly been increasing as the season has gone on, which should help with his point production tonight. In his most recent game, he played 27:22, his career-high; he recorded 2 assists that game. Take Seider to record over 0.5 points tonight.
