It seems as if sportsbooks haven’t caught on to how good Jason Robertson truly is. He has the highest points-per-game percentage for the Stars and this is just his second season in the league. He’s establishing himself as a legit superstar in the NHL. He’s a natural goalscorer and has found the net consistently this season. With 21 goals in 39 games, he has one of the higher goals per game percentages in the league.
What makes this line so shocking is the fact that Robertson has recorded 5 goals in his last 5 games. On top of that, the teams and goalies he scored on some of the best defensive teams and Vezina-level goaltenders. Just this month he’s scored against Juuse Saros, Connor Hellebuyck, Jacob Markstrom, and the Colorado Avalanche. Tonight, against the Blackhawks, who are coming off a loss last night in which they allowed 7 goals, Robertson should make light work of the defense and goaltender in front of him. Until Robertson stops scoring, keep taking his goal props. Take Robertson to record over 0.5 goals tonight.
