We’ve got a three-game slate for Wednesday’s NHL card, but there are still plenty of opportunities to find some value. Right now, we’re going to be focusing on player props, bringing you a few of our favorite props. Before you bet these, make sure you also check out our picks on the side and total for every game
Bryan Rust Over 2.5 Shots on Goal (+110)
It sounds weird to say, but the Pittsburgh Penguins will come into this game on the brink of elimination. An double overtime loss in Game 5 was the difference, which will sting, especially knowing that Pittsburgh had a 2-1 lead heading into the third period. One guy that stood out in Game 5 was Bryan Rust, who we will look to back tonight as well. He had two points in the game, but six shots on goal, which is what we will look at tonight. Rust is now averaging 3.2 shots on goal during this series and has cashed this prop in three of the five games. The Penguins are going to go all-in their attack, so backing Rust to have a few shots on goal will be our play.

Jonathan Huberdeau Over 1 Point (+120)
Tonight will be another elimination game for the Florida Panthers and we actually like them to force a Game 7. Of course, this is unlikely to happen unless Jonathan Huberdeau gets heavily involved in the attack. He has been awesome during this series, having now scored ten points through five games. He just had two points in Game 5 and we like his chances to have a similar Game 6. With that multi-point performance the other night, Huberdeau has now cashed this prop in four of the five games. For that reason, we like Huberdeau’s points prop to go over.

Mark Stone Over 0.5 Points (-174)
The Minnesota Wild are another team who fended off elimination in Game 5 with a 4-2 win. They will have to do it again tonight as they look to force a Game 7 in Vegas. Though Vegas will be poised to put this series away now because anything could happen in a potential decider. Tonight we are going to look to one of Vegas’ best players and a guy who has provided them with consistent offense this series. He has at least one point in four of the five games so far, and we like him to have one tonight as well. Yes, it is a steep price, but if Vegas is going to win, Stone will likely be one of the main guys involved in this potent attack.
