We’ve got a 10-game slate for Thursday’s NHL card, and that means there are plenty of opportunities for value. Right now we’re going to be focusing on player props, bringing you a few of our favorite props. Before you bet these, make sure you also check out our picks on the side and total for every game. We’ve been having a great NHL season so far, let’s keep it going on Thursday.

Sidney Crosby Over 1 Point (-114)

Pittsburgh comes into this game having won three in a row. They have worked their way back to third place in the East Division and have a chance to extend that winning streak against a terrible Buffalo side. Tonight we are going to look for the top Penguins player to provide some offensive production. That being Sidney Crosby, who leads the team with 24 points. He also leads Pittsburgh with nine goals and 15 assists. Crosby has had at least one point in Pittsburgh’s last four games and at least two points in two of those games. Because we like a Penguins blowout win, backing Crosby to have at least one point will be our play here.

Auston Matthews Over 0.5 Goals (-108)

After a goal scoring drought of several games, Auston Matthews exploded for two goals in Toronto’s most recent game against this Winnipeg team. Now that he has broken his slump so to speak, we like him to make it consecutive games with at least one goal. Matthews now has 20 goals on the season and will want to extend his lead at the top of the goal-scoring list. Despite the two goals for Matthews, Toronto lost that game 4-3. We like the Maple Leafs to win this game convincingly this time around, which means they are going to have to score quite a few goals. Yes, there are some other great scoring threats on Toronto, but Matthews will be the go to guy tonight and we like him to put one in the back of the net.

Patrick Kane Over 0.5 Assists (-110)

As one of top players in the NHL in assists, we are going back to Patrick Kane once again. Kane has 27 assists this season, and only the duo of Edmonton superstars are ahead of him. Kane did fail to grab an assist in their most recent game against this Dallas team, however, Chicago only managed to score once the entire game. We expect their offense to be much sharper and therefore, that should lead to a better game from Kane. He still has four assists so far in March through four games, so even though he had a game without an assist, we still like him to get back on track in terms of keeping pace at the top of the assist leaderboard.
