We’ve got an 11-game slate for Saturday’s NHL card, and that means there are plenty of opportunities for value. Right now, we’re going to be focusing on player props, bringing you a few of our favorite props. Before you bet these, make sure you also check out our picks on the side and total for every game.
Matthew Barzal Over 2.5 Shots on Goal (+110)
Coming off an 8-4 win over the Washington Capitals to start the month of April, we are going right back to this Islanders team. We will be looking at Matthew Barzal in this particular game, who just had a breakout performance against the Capitals. He had five points, including a hat trick. His ability to score is going to help with this shots on goal prop. He actually had eight shots on goal against Washington and leads his team in this category with 95 shots on goal. Barzal has cashed this prop in three of the last six games, but having just showed an increase in shot volume and the fact that we are getting plus money, we like his over here.

Jonathan Huberdeau Over 2 Shots on Goal (-154)
The Florida Panthers are shaping up to be a tough out in the playoffs with Jonathan Huberdeau and Aleksander Barkov providing so much offensive production. Tonight we are actually going to back Huberdeau to have some shot on goal. Now, he is not always great at piling up the shots on goal, though recently, it has been a different story. Huberdeau has 83 shots on goal this season, but 34 over his last 10 games. During this stretch, he has had at least two shots on goal in nine of the 10 games, and has cashed this prop six times. The Blue Jackets are not exactly a great team, backing Huberdeau to at the very least have two shots on goal will be our play.

Kirill Kaprizov Over 2.5 Shots on Goal (+110)
Having just beat the Golden Knights 3-2 the other day, the Wild are sure to be full of confidence. Especially Kirill Kaprizov, who is coming off a multi-point performance. He also had seven shots on goal, which is where we are looking tonight as well. Kaprizov has 91 shots on goal this season, which is second on the team. He is averaging 2.6 shots on goal per game, but 3.2 shots over his last five games. Also, in five games against Vegas, Kaprizov is averaging 4.2 shots on goal and cashed this prop in four of their five head to head meetings. Given that Kaprizov tends to play better against the Golden Knights, we are going to back this over here.
