You aren’t going to find better value on this game than with Rice, who has scored a touchdown in 2 of the last 3 games and in 3 of the last 5. The rookie out of SMU has 4 TDs in total, having also found paydirt in the season opener. Rice is benefiting from the fact that this just isn’t the same stable of receivers on Kansas City’s roster. Obviously tight end Travis Kelce remains the pass-catching focal point of the offense, but there are plenty of opportunities to go around Rice. He should be able to capitalize in the form of a touchdown against a Philadelphia defense that has allowed just 3 rushing TDs in 2023 but has surrendered 19 through the air. The Eagles are fifth-to-last in the NFL in passing defense. Getting Rice at +240 is a steal.

DeVonta Smith, WR, Philadelphia Eagles (+255 at DraftKings)
I also like AJ Brown at +140, but the value on Smith at +255 is without question superior. The former Heisman Trophy winner has found the endzone in 2 consecutive contests, giving him 4 on the year. Although that’s not a massive number, the recent production is encouraging as he heads into a favorable matchup with Kansas City. It’s true that the Chiefs’ defense is stout, but like the Eagles they are more generous via the airwaves. Head coach Andy Reid’s team has also given up only 3 rushing touchdowns (tied for first with Philly) while allowing 12 of the passing variety. Look for Smith to stay hot.
