Sandwiched in between a couple of 2-game slates on Monday and Wednesday is tonight’s 12-game slate. With 24 teams suited up, there are some fantastic matchups in store. Among others, beginning the night at 7:00 pm ET are Bruins vs Panthers, Flyers vs Rangers and Red Wings vs Capitals. Other important games with playoff implications are Devils vs Maple Leafs, Golden Knights vs Predators and a heavyweight matchup between the Oilers and Jets. This is a loaded night of hockey that will certainly deliver. With so much exciting action on the horizon, I’ve put together a 3-leg NHL parlay for tonight’s games, and you can also find out our experts’ NHL predictions for the day’s big matchups.

Devils vs Maple Leafs Over 6.5 (-122)

Flames -1.5 (+142)

Stars -1.5 & Over 6.5 (+188)

NHL parlay odds: +1168

New Jersey Devils vs Toronto Maple Leafs Over 6.5 (-122)

The Maple Leafs score the 3rd-most goals per game in the NHL and rank 19th in goals allowed per game. The Devils rank a respectable 11th in the NHL in goals scored per game and 26th in goals allowed per game. The respective strength of goal scoring and weakness of goal prevention bodes well for the over.

New Jersey has either scored or allowed 4+ goals in 4 consecutive games, as well as in 8 of their last 10. Toronto has scored 14 goals in their last 3 games which has contributed to 5 overs in their last 6 games. The total has also gone over in 12 of the last 18 played head-to-head between these teams. Recent trends and team strengths and weaknesses look good for another over.

Calgary Flames -1.5 over Chicago Blackhawks (+142)

Game in and game out, the Blackhawks are too logical of a target. They are one of the worst teams in the NHL and their last 7 losses have all been by 3+ goals. For much of the season, when the Blackhawks lose, which is often, they lose big. While Chicago has 5 wins this month, they have come against the Coyotes twice, the Sharks twice and the Ducks.

The Flames, meanwhile, have struggled themselves. But this +142 for them to cover -1.5 still carries value considering their opponent. Calgary has had a brutal stretch of opponents over their last 9 games. Chicago is a nice reprieve and presents a good get-right spot for Calgary.

Dallas Stars -1.5 over San Jose Sharks & Over 6.5 (+188)

This is another game that features a complete punching bag. The Sharks sit in the cellar of the NHL and have 1 win in their last 17 games. The Stars have won 9 of their last 11 games, 5 of their last 6 on the road, and 5 of the last 7 head-to-head. Dallas should be able to run up the score in this one.

In a game where the Stars should win big, adding the over brings a nice +188 value to the pick. The over has hit in 4 of the Sharks’ last 6 games and in 4 of the last 5 played head-to-head. San Jose has allowed 32 goals in their last 6 games, Dallas has scored 17 goals in their last 4 games, and both teams have mixed in performances of either scoring or allowing 6+ goals in their last 10. The over has a good shot in this one.
