The Sunday schedule for Week 7 of the 2024 NFL season is set up to produce plenty of excitement – much unlike the Broncos’ beatdown of the Saints on Thursday Night Football. The upcoming lineup features Texans vs Packers, Lions vs Packers, Chiefs vs 49ers and then a SNF showdown between the Jets and Steelers.

Let’s take a look at the best player prop bets to be made on the Sunday slate, and also make sure to check out all of our NFL predictions.

Tony Pollard, RB, TEN Over 68.5 rushing yards (-113)

A number of 68.5 simply isn’t big enough for Pollard. Tennessee’s RB1 has exceeded that total 3 times this season with performances of 82, 88 and 93 yards. He also gained a decent 62 yards in Week 2 against the Jets. There is no reason to think that he will suddenly be contained by the Bills. Buffalo is allowing 140.2 rushing yards per game on a horrendous 5.3 yards per attempt (second most in the NFL). It’s also worth noting that the Titans stink. Their best defense for Josh Allen and the Bills is to keep the clock running when their own offense – Pollard included – is on the field. Tennessee has every reason to run, run and run some more. Even 15 carries (he is averaging 15.6) should be enough to take him over this number, but he should get far more than 15 in this spot against Buffalo.

Darnell Mooney, WR, ATL Over 51.5 receiving yards (-113)

This past offseason saw Mooney and Kirk Cousins arrive in Atlanta from Chicago and Minnesota, respectively. Their instant connection has been impressive. Cousins is #4 in the NFL in passing; 27 of his completions and 368 of his yards have gone into the hands of Mooney, who has also scored 3 touchdowns. The Falcons now face a Seattle defense that is mediocre against the pass and is without 2 of its starters in the secondary (Tre Brown and Riq Woolen). Devon Witherspoon will likely be on Drake London most of the afternoon, leaving Mooney to work on backup cornerbacks. The former Tulane standout has exceeded this 51.5 number 4 times this year, going for 105, 88, 66 and 56 yards in those instances. Both Cousins and Mooney should be in line for another big afternoon in Week 7.

Garrett Wilson, WR, NYJ Over 4.5 receptions (-125)

The Jets acquired Davante Adams from the Raiders earlier this week. Needless to say, pretty much all of the focus – at least on the field – now centers on Adams and his reuniting with Aaron Rodgers. That will draw a lot of the Steelers’ attention, as well. This has all the makings of Adams playing a nice decoy role for Wilson. Not only is Adams playing in his first game with a new team, but he is also just now coming back from a hamstring injury. It’s unlikely that he is all the way back to being 100 percent. Rodgers will also want to make sure that Wilson knows his production isn’t going to suffer a drop-off with Adams now on board. And to say that the former Ohio State star has been producing would be an understatement. Over the past 2 weeks he has made 21 catches on 33 targets for 208 yards and 2 touchdowns. Pittsburgh’s defense is better against the run than it is against the pass, so count on Rodgers continuing to target Wilson early and often.
