I am a sucker for a plus moneyline. If you’re a bookmaker, all you have to do is throw a (+) symbol in front of any moneyline and I will find a reason to bet it. I’m a (+) moneyline guy. That’s what (+) moneyline guys do. Luckily for us, the books handed us a NFL player prop for Sunday that took me literally zero seconds to jump on. I have no clue what these people at DraftKings are thinking but it doesn’t matter. The damage has been done.

DraftKings is the spot for this NFL player prop but you can get the exact same thing at BetMGM. FanDuel will likely come out with something similar so there is that. Basically, I’m saying we are probably all going to be able to get this number no matter where we play. Look at us go!
Here’s the thing with Carter, he’s finally getting a chance. He’s getting close to 30 and he’s never really had a real role with an NFL franchise. He’s been on the field more and more over the last few weeks and he’s caught at least 3 balls in each of the last 2 games. Two of those catches have ended up in the end zone so there’s reason to think he will continue to get playing time.
The Panthers have only given up 111 receptions to the wide receiver position this season. That’s pretty good. Only 9 teams have given up fewer. Still, that shouldn’t keep us away from this 1 since it’s such a low bar to clear. We could also get a little boost from the game script as the Football Team may be in tasing situations late in the game if they trail. I love this bet for Sunday.
