Show Bio

Like most Lithuanians, I started watching basketball from the age of six. I'm based out in London and played basketball at the University of Lincoln here in the UK. I had always had an interest in the NBA but things really took off in the summer of 2010. That year Linas Kleiza led Lithuania to 3rd place at the World Championships and signed with the Toronto Raptors to replace the departing Chris Bosh. I've been a Raptors fan since that day and I've not missed a game since. I've been handicapping games for more than a decade, specializing in player props. With 4 games on the NBA slate tonight, there are plenty of betting opportunities to explore. We will get to witness the first elimination game of any series so far with the Toronto Raptors looking to avoid being swept against the Philadelphia 76ers. Elsewhere, the Boston Celtics will have a chance to gain a 3-0 lead as they travel to take on the Brooklyn Nets.

You can find our full game previews here. But now let’s check out my favorite player prop selections for tonight.

Rudy Gobert under 28.5 points + rebounds (-115)

Rudy Gobert of the Utah Jazz has had a tough time in the series so far against the Dallas Mavericks. While he has been enjoying a clear size advantage on the interior, his lack of offensive skill has meant he has not been able to take advantage. Through 3 games he is averaging just 4 field goal attempts. And while he did have 2 good rebounding performances to start the series, he pulled down just 7 boards in his last outing. With Maxi Kleber on fire for the Mavericks from beyond the arc, it could continue to force Gobert away from the paint. He has failed to combine for 29 points and rebounds so far in the 3 games, and tonight should be no different.

Andre Drummond over 14.5 points + rebounds (-115)

Andre Drummond has not combined for more than 12 points and rebounds for the Nets so far this series but could be set to do so tonight. He had seen a bump in playing time from Game 1 to Game 2, going from 17 to 24 minutes. With Robert Williams III expected to play a role for the Celtics in tonight’s game, Drummond is also likely to play a bigger role for the Nets. Williams is not someone that can space the floor like Al Horford which should allow Drummond to spend more time in the paint collecting rebounds. The Nets center averages 9.5 rebounds per game when playing at home this season and we could see a return closer to those numbers on Saturday. That should put him in a great position to hit this over.

Anthony Edwards over 3.5 made threes (-102)

Anthony Edwards has been very consistent when attacking from deep in the series so far for the Timberwolves. He has hit exactly 4 3-pointers in each game of the 3 games. His attempts have been consistent too, with 11, 10 and 9 in each of those outings. Considering he is making 40% of his shots from deep, something similar tonight gives this line a great chance. The Memphis Grizzlies are currently allowing 13 3-point makes per game, which puts them 11th among teams who have made the postseason. Look for the sophomore to be collecting a fair share of these tonight.

Danny Green over 8.5 points (-108)

With Matisse Thybulle being unavailable for the Toronto games for the 76ers, Danny Green was inserted into the starting lineup for the series. He saw 46 minutes of playing time in the overtime win in Game 3 and could see close to 40 minutes of playing time tonight too. With James Harden and Tyrese Maxey having success getting to the rim and Joel Embiid drawing a lot of attention on the interior, Green has played a key role of spacing the floor for them. With 3 made 3-pointers in each of the last 2 games, he has been hitting this over of late. He is making only 25.2% of his 3-point attempts and the Raptors are likely to help off from him and let him shoot. With enough attempts, he should hit this once more.
