When there are only 3 games on the NBA slate, you have to get creative. You have to dive super deep into the bowels of the NBA player prop market. Past the points, past the rebounds even past the assists. Where we need to go is the FanDuel 2+ made threes market. We need to find an angle and slam a +250 move. The books need to know that we’re not fooling around and even on days when there’s only 3 games, we can still hurt them. Lucky for us, I found the move.

NBA Player Prop” Tyrese Maxey to record 2+ made threes (+250)

This is strictly a FanDuel NBA player prop since they are the only book courageous enough to put a number Maxey. DraftKings, BetMGM and even FanDuel all gave the traditional .5 made threes for -200 or more on Maxey, but we don’t want that. Let the heathens have that. We’re taking the good stuff.
The reason why we’re getting Maxey so high is because normally he doesn’t have this role. Joel Embiid, Ben Simmons and Tobias Harris are all out. That opens up some usage. Last night this kid took 19 shots. On a normal night he may only see 8 or 9. Obviously there are exceptions but he generally doesn’t get 10 shots in a night.
With more shots overall, comes more 3-point attempts. Especially when Embiid is not in the mix. Last night he took 6 attempts from the 3-land. He hit 3 of them, so you know he’s coming in confident tonight. Plus, there is also a chance that Seth Curry will be out–which opens up even more opportunity.
The Milwaukee Bucks have been very good defending the 3-point line on the season, but they can be had. They just allowed the Washington Wizards to hit 40% of their 3s the other night. We don’t need this kid to set a record tonight. Just hit 2 3s like he’s done in 2 of his last 3 games. How hard is that?
