Like most Lithuanians, I started watching basketball from the age of six. I'm based out in London and played basketball at the University of Lincoln here in the UK. I had always had an interest in the NBA but things really took off in the summer of 2010. That year Linas Kleiza led Lithuania to 3rd place at the World Championships and signed with the Toronto Raptors to replace the departing Chris Bosh. I've been a Raptors fan since that day and I've not missed a game since. I've been handicapping games for more than a decade, specializing in player props. With the NBA bringing a 10-game slate along for Wednesday, there are plenty of options to choose from for tonight’s NBA mega parlay. One of the key matchups will happen with the Minnesota Timberwolves visiting the Philadelphia 76ers. The road team has the best record in the league but will have a challenge on their hands against a team ranked 3rd in the Eastern Conference. You can check out our NBA picks for tonight’s matchups, but for now, let’s get into our NBA parlay for today.

Timberwolves ML (+132)

Knicks vs Nets Over 233 (-110)

Rockets -7.5 alternate spread (+172)

NBA parlay odds: +1104

Minnesota Timberwolves ML over Philadelphia 76ers (+132)

The Minnesota Timberwolves roster is well constructed to cause the Philadelphia 76ers all sorts of issues. They can match one of the best defensive centers in the league in Rudy Gobert against Joel Embiid, which should limit the hosts on offense tonight. Alternatively, they can go with Karl-Anthony Towns at center, forcing Embiid to respect his 3-point shot and vacate the paint.

The Timberwolves are in form too, having won 9 of their last 10 games. They are also a strong 9-4 on the road this season. The road team leads the league in defensive rating and should have success getting stops tonight. With Anthony Edwards coming into this game after reaching or surpassing the 32-point mark in 2 straight games, the offense should do their bit too. The Timberwolves have won 2 of their last 3 meetings against the 76ers. Look for them to improve on that here.

New York Knicks vs Brooklyn Nets Over 233 (-110)

The New York Knicks have seen 5 of their last 7 games comfortably surpass the combined 233-point mark. They should be able to continue that here against the Brooklyn Nets, as 2 of the last 3 games between the sides have. Their opponents have been middle of the league in both offensive rating and pace over the last 10 games, and they should be able to do their part. This has all the makings of a high-scoring shootout, especially with the teams ranking 2nd and 6th in 3-point percentage this season. The Nets are also 5th in the league in fast break points per game, so look for them to push the tempo tonight.

Houston Rockets -7.5 alternative spread over Atlanta Hawks (+172)

The Houston Rockets have been a dominant home team so far this season. On their home court, they have won 11 of 12 games, with a +12.6 point differential in those contests. I expect a similar performance from them tonight as they take on an Atlanta Hawks team that has won just 3 of their last 10 games. During that time, the Hawks have been atrocious in getting stops, ranking 29th in the league in defensive rating. Against a Rockets team that is 2nd in the league in defensive rating when playing at home, that difference could be too hard to overcome for the visitors.

The Hawks also have Bogdan Bogdanovic listed as questionable. He had scored at least 20 points in 5 straight games prior to missing the last 2, including a 40-point performance. Without his firepower, I suspect the Hawks will struggle to make up their defensive shortcomings tonight.
