Having just 4 games on Monday didn’t stop me cashing my NBA mega parlay at +1139 odds!  Tonight I’m hoping to cash on back-to-back winners with an 11-game slate coming our way. I have made an effort to include the huge TNT game between the Rockets and Thunder in this NBA parlay, so let’s dive in!

Make sure you also check out our NBA picks for Tuesday’s big games.

Mavericks ML (+160)

Warriors -10.5 (-110)

Thunder -10 (-110)

NBA parlay odds: +847

Dallas Mavericks ML over Cleveland Cavaliers (+160)

Kyrie Irving heads back to Cleveland as he faces the team with which he spent his first 6 seasons, and I’m expecting him to play with an edge in this one. Prior to the defeat on Sunday against Indiana, the Mavericks were one of the top defensive teams in the league during a 7-game winnning streak. Dallas is allowing opponents to shoot just 34.7% from three in their last 3 games; if the Mavs can shut down the Cavs from distance, they will be fine.

Although the Cavs beat Washington to end a mini 2-game post-break slide, I’m not sure they are out of the woods just yet. Losing twice to a Philadelphia 76ers team without Joel Embiid in a span of 2 weeks is worrying. They have not covered the spread in 5 straight, while against the Mavericks they are just 1-5 ATS in their last 6 home games. I think this is a good bounce-back spot for the Mavs. Something tells me the likes of Irving and Luka Doncic and Irving won’t allow back-to-back season sweeps by the Cavs.

Golden State Warriors -10.5 over Washington Wizards (-110)

The Warriors’ loss to Denver the other way was more due to fatigue than anything else. Plus, there’s really no shame in losing to Nikola Jokic and the defending champs. I’m expecting a bounce-back performance, though, as they face one of the worst teams in the NBA. Golden State won the first meeting back in late December 129-118; I just can’t see how the Wizards contain Stephen Curry.

Washington has lost 11 straight, including 3 in a row after the break by an average margin of 21.2 points. The Wizards have the worst Net Rating in the NBA over the last 11 games at -13.1 points; they are on track to tank the rest of the season to improve their position in the NBA Draft lottery. Curry had 30 points in just 27 minutes in the first meeting; I wouldn’t be surprised if he went for another big performance. Let’s take the Dubs to dominate.

Oklahoma City Thunder -10 over Houston Rockets (-110)

These 2 teams faced each other this past Sunday in Houston, where OKC came out on top 123-110 thanks to a dominant 2nd half in which it outscored the Rockets by 20 points. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was unstoppable once again with 36 points; he is making a case for himself in the MVP race and another win would certainly be helpful. The Thunder have won 5 games in a row and they are tied with the Timberwolves for the best record in the West with 40 wins and just 17 losses. They are also one of the most profitable bets against the spread in home games this year, covering 20 times in 29 games.

Houston has been a disaster on the road, winning just 5 of 27 games. The Rockets are also 9-17-1 ATS in those games and also currently on a 7-game road losing streak, so by all accounts they have a mountain to climb in this game just to even stay competitive. In their last 2 away games they got beat by the Pelicans 127-105 and by the most injured team in the history of the NBA (Memphis) 121-113. I see no reason to pick Houston to cover. Let’s hope SGA and company take this game seriously and do what’s expected of them.
