The NBA season continues on Thursday with a relatively small 4-game slate after 26 teams were in action on Wednesday. It begins with the Philadelphia 76ers hosting the Toronto Raptors and wraps up with a rematch between the Phoenix Suns and San Antonio Spurs. Below is my mega parlay for Thursday, and also be sure to check out all of our NBA picks for tonight’s 4 games.
76ers -8.5 (-110)
Pistons ML (+240)
Suns -8 (-110)
NBA parlay odds: +1139
For this parlay we are going with two favorites against the spread and an underdog on the money line. Let’s break down each of the legs.

Philadelphia 76ers -8.5 over Toronto Raptors (-110)
The Raptors head to Philadelphia to take on former head coach Nick Nurse and the 76ers, who beat them 114-107 just a few days ago. Nurse obviously knows this opponent extremely well and his new team had little trouble taking care of business in the previous matchup. An interesting factor to consider is that Philly has not played since last Sunday. Toronto has played twice since then and is on the second leg of a back-to-back situation after beating Milwaukee on Wednesday.
Needless to say, fatigue could be an issue for the visitors whereas the Sixers are extremely well rested. The Raptors went just 4-8 SU in the second leg of B2Bs last season. Moreover, Philadelphia has won 5 of the last 6 head-to-head meetings. With the James Harden distraction now out of the way, the 76ers should be feeling good about things. They have every reason to handle the Raptors in this one.

Detroit Pistons ML over New Orleans Pelicans (+240)
This is obviously the longshot play of the parlay, but there is no reason why it can’t happen. Both teams are in the midst of back-to-backs, which generally levels the playing field and creates an anything-can-happen situation. Brandon Ingram missed the Pelicans’ win over the Thunder and his status is uncertain for Thursday. If anything, it sounds like he is trending in the wrong direction.
Despite Wednesday’s victory, keep in mind that this is a team that lost to Golden State by 28 on Monday. The Pistons they didn’t look great yesterday during a loss to Portland but Cade Cunningham scored 30 points. Six different guys contributed in double figures, and if Detroit can showcase similar depth tonight, this becomes a very winnable game.

Phoenix Suns -8 over San Antonio Spurs (-110)
These Western Conference teams squared off on Tuesday, when the Suns led by 18 points at halftime and by as many as 20 in the third quarter before self-destructing and losing 115-114. Phoenix will undoubtedly be motivated by that loss and is unlikely to make the same mistake twice. This game is once again in Phoenix, giving the Suns every chance to successfully exact their revenge.
Victor Wembanyama and the Spurs are off to a solid 2-2 start, but this is a young team and is understandably inconsistent. In addition to getting thumped in the first half by Phoenix, head coach Gregg Popovich’s squad lost to the Clippers by 40 this past Sunday.
