The weekend is here and we have a 7-game night in the NBA coming our way. The game of the day is in Phoenix where the Boston Celtics take on the Suns, live from 8:30 pm ET on ABC. Only the Miami Heat let us down on yesterday’s NBA mega parlay, so I’m hoping we can get a bit of luck back with tonight’s bet. You can also check out our NBA picks for today’s big games, but for now, let’s get into my NBA mega parlay.

Nets -6 (-110)

Suns ML (+188)

Spurs vs Warriors Over 230 (-110)

NBA parlay odds: +949

Brooklyn Nets -6 over Charlotte Hornets (-110)

Starting off our NBA mega parlay, we have the Nets covering against the lowly Charlotte Hornets. Although Brooklyn just lost a tough one at Detroit, they should still be getting one over a Hornets team that just lost against the Wizards last night, which ended a 16-game losing streak for Washington. Charlotte is just 2-9 in back-to-backs this season, posting a net rating of -10.9 points in those games.

The Nets’ Play-in Tournament hopes are slim, but they’re still alive. They’re 4 games back from the 10th-placed Atlanta Hawks, and if they can put together a winning streak then things could get very interesting. They’re heavy favorites against Charlotte for a reason – 5 of the last 6 meetings have gone the Nets’ way, plus they’re 7-1 ATS in their last 8 visits to Spectrum Center. With not much left to play for this season, the Hornets are currently on a 5-game losing streak against East teams and a 7-game losing streak against Atlantic Division opponents. I think Brooklyn should have enough to cover here.

Lock in our Celtics vs Suns Same Game Parlay at +412 odds for tonight’s ABC matchup

Phoenix Suns ML over Boston Celtics (+188)

Timing is everything in the NBA these days and the Suns are catching the Boston Celtics at just the right time. The C’s have lost consecutive games for only the 2nd time this season and they’re in real danger of dropping a 3rd straight tonight against a Phoenix team that’s put together a mini 2-game win streak of their own. Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum are both on the injury report and I wouldn’t be surprised if one or even both of them sat this one out, as risking injuries at this point of the season just doesn’t make sense.

Meanwhile, the Suns get Devin Booker back as he recovers from an ankle sprain that cost him the last 3 games. In his last 10 games against Boston, he’s putting up 30.2 points, 5.3 rebounds and 6.1 assists per game, so the Suns are going to be significantly better with him in the lineup. Phoenix will also be encouraged by their 6-1 run in the last 7 games against Eastern Conference opponents. In head-to-head meetings, they’ve covered the spread 7 times in the last 15 games. Maybe I’m naïve, but I really think they have a shot against a wounded Celtics team here, so let’s back the Suns to win this one outright.

San Antonio Spurs vs Golden State Warriors Over 230 (-110)

To close out our NBA mega parlay, I’m backing the over in the Spurs vs Warriors game. These 2 teams have been involved in some really high-scoring games lately, as San Antonio just saw 260 points in their loss to Sacramento on Thursday. Golden State also dropped their last game, which was a 125-122 defeat at the hands of the Chicago Bulls. I’m not expecting much defense from either side here as these are the 17th and 23rd-ranked teams this season in terms of defensive efficiency.

Pace-wise, the Spurs have spent the majority of the season among the 5 fastest teams in the league, and right now they’re 3rd averaging 102.2 possessions per game. Golden State also prefers to run, with their average of 100.4 possessions per game they are 11th in the NBA. Games at Chase Center have gone over 19 times in 33 played, and when these 2 teams met in late December we saw exactly 230 points in a 6-point Warriors win. The last 3 meetings have averaged 244 points per game and cashed on the over twice, so I think we’ll be in for another high-octane offensive show by both squads here.
