We have a massive night of NBA action coming our way with 26 teams playing on Friday. Last night, we went 4-0 on the NBA In-Season Tournament semifinals, so let’s keep the good run going! You can read our NBA picks for our predictions on today’s games, but for now, let’s dive into my NBA mega parlay at +1066 odds!
Knicks ML (+220)
Rockets vs Nuggets Over 219 (-112)
Mavericks -8 (-108)
NBA Parlay odds: +1066
New York Knicks ML over Boston Celtics (+220)
Many people are writing off the Knicks here after their double-digit loss to Milwaukee in the In-Season Tournament, but I wouldn’t be so fast to discount them. This team is 10-4 SU in their last 14 games overall and has beaten 7 of the last 8 opponents from the Eastern Conference. Julius Randle is coming off a monster performance in the loss to the Bucks and he’s averaging 31 points per game in his last 3 visits to TD Garden. Before the 2 Celtics wins earlier this season, New York had actually won 3 in a row against Boston, including 2 straight on the road.
Boston does have the best record in the East, but they too just got destroyed by the Indiana Pacers a couple of nights ago, which was a big blow considering most teams had them winning the tournament in Vegas. Kristaps Porzingis is on the verge of coming back, and having a key member of the line-up going in and out could disrupt chemistry, so I believe the Knicks have the opportunity for an upset win here.

Houston Rockets vs Denver Nuggets Over 219 (-112)
Not a lot of defense was on display in the last meeting between the two teams as they combined for 258 points. Houston just hasn’t been able to replicate what they do on defense in home games to those on the road – they rank just 25th in defensive rating in road games. This is one of the main reasons why they are still without an away win in 8 attempts.
Nikola Jokic has taken the matchup against Sengun personally this season, averaging 35.3 points, 16.7 rebounds and 11.3 assists per game in the 3 meetings. Although the Nuggets aren’t near the top of the NBA when it comes to pace of play, they still have the 10th-best offensive rating at 116.6. Health is no longer the issue for Mike Malone, so there will be plenty of options to choose from on offense. The over has cashed in 4 of 6 for the champs, and I feel that backing the points is the way to go here as well.

Dallas Mavericks -8 over Portland Trail Blazers (-108)
The Mavs showed no mercy against the injury-riddled Utah Jazz in their last game as they won by 50 points. Luka Doncic had another triple-double with 40 points, 11 assists and 10 rebounds, while Kyrie Irving added 26 on a very efficient 11-for-16. None of the starters played more than 32 minutes as the game was pretty much decided at half-time, so Dallas will enter tonight’s game feeling fairly fresh.
Portland has been able to stay in games lately, losing to the Warriors and Jazz by just 4 and 5 points, but at home they’re just 2-5 ATS in 7 games this season. With Malcolm Brogdon, Jerami Grant and Deandre Ayton all potentially missing tonight’s game, I’m afraid the Blazers simply won’t have enough to hang with the Mavs. Western Conference opponents have beaten Portland 9 times in their last 10 games, plus at Moda Center this team is only 2-15 SU. If the Mavs take this game seriously, which I believe they will, the result should never be in question.
