I was putting together what a lot of people are calling the greatest same game parlay in the history of same game parlays when I stumbled on what might be the greatest MLB player prop bet in the history of MLB player prop bets. Crazy how life works sometimes. Is this bet guaranteed to win? No. Of course not, but it’s still a great bet. It reminds me of the great Taijuan Walker bet from last Sunday that cashed in the first inning. Twice. This one starts at 1.10pm ET so you’ll have to be quick. Enjoy the show people.

The home runs allowed MLB player prop bet is electric. That’s just a fact. Soft numbers are all over the place if you just know where to look. DraftKings seems to be the only place we can get these but the others will catch on at some point. Hopefully. This one moved from -125 to -135 before I could snag it but that’s fine. I don’t go higher than this very often though.
Bailey Ober is a decent pitcher but if there’s one hole in his game, it’s the dinger. In 12 starts this season, he’s given up a home run in 8 of them. One of the games that he didn’t give up a moonshot was against the White Sox but he also had a game against them that he gave up 3. The thing is, he’s not even in the game long. He’s only pitched 52.1 innings this season but he’s given up 13 dongs. That makes him a pretty good target.
Ober’s opponent Wednesday is the White Sox, who have been launching homers left and right over the last week. In fact, nobody in MLB has hit more homers in the last 7 days than Chicago. Four different White Sox have already taken Ober yard this season and Eloy Jimenez and Luis Robert haven’t even faced him yet. Somebody is going to smoke one today.
