The Chicago White Sox might be taking the field for the last time this season at 2:07pm ET Tuesday afternoon. It’s sad when you think about it (if you’re a White Sox fan). But after looking at the MLB player prop lines, the writing is on the wall. That’s because whenever I do MLB player props, I like to consider what I think will happen and then work backwards. On the Twitter streets we call those mental simulations. After doing just one today with Lance McCullers on the hill, it’s pretty obvious what the bet for today should be and it’s not pretty for the White Sox.
If you’re on Twitter, you need to follow me right now. That’s the best advice I can give you and probably the smartest thing you will do all day. Once lineups are announced for some of this game, there is a chance for opportunity to knock. You should be there to answer it.
Lance McCullers over 15.5 outs (-110)

For this bet we have to go to DraftKings. They are hanging 15.5 for -110 which is the best price I’ve seen. Over at BetMGM, they are respecting McCullers a little more as they are showing 16.5 for -105. Always shop around for these MLB player props. I know I don’t have to tell you that because you understand the game, but I still have to say it.
The weather delay yesterday helps this guy so much. He’s on full rest, which means McCullers will be ready. You can’t look at numbers with a game like this. Throw them out the window. If you want to look at numbers though you can. You can start by noticing that McCullers and his mullet have gone at least 6 innings in both his starts against the White Sox this season. The dude threw 94 pitches in each game. We’re good.
The White Sox are a fun team and they have fun fans. The White Sox Dave/John Cusack battle on Twitter has been great. But they don’t have a guy in their lineup who has taken McCullers yard before. Only 2 guys have even knocked in a run against him. For this bet to lose, we’ll need this year’s White Sox team to do something they’ve never done before. And we are getting -110 odds for that action. That’s crazy.
This is my favorite MLB player prop on the slate.
