The New York Yankees and Boston Red Sox have played exactly 162 games each and none of them count right now. The records have been reset to 0-0 and only 1 game matters. The one they’re playing tonight. That’s crazy. Luckily for us gamblers, we get to keep betting like we’ve done all season. Nothing changes for us. Since that’s the case, we need to treat this like any other game and find a MLB player prop to smash. I did that if you want to read about it.
If you’re on Twitter, you need to follow me right now. That’s the best advise I can give you and probably the smartest thing you will do all day. Once lineups are announced for some of this game, there is a chance for opportunity to knock. You should be there to answer it.

Tonight we have the opportunity to give a guy another chance. Second chances are what life is all about and this is Eovaldi’s second crack at the Yankees in the last 2 weeks. He didn’t do so great last time. But here’s the thing, he’s hit this number in 9 of his last 10 starts. He even went 7-deep in 8 of those starts. I think he just had a bad day because he’s gone over 6 Ks in the 5 other games he’s pitched against the Yankees this season.
Speaking of the Yankees, they’ve struck out 57 times in their last 197 at bats. We can’t act like that’s a good thing. On the season only 5 teams in MLB struck out more than they did so there’s so whiffy stuff going on in that dugout. Plus with the nerves kicking in tonight, we get a little boost. The atmosphere will be electric tonight at Fenway park. I think Eovaldi will make some balls miss bats and totally redeem himself just like Jim Carrey did in Dumb and Dumber.
