Pickswise was nice enough to give me the opportunity to write up my plays for you all. For those of you who don’t know me, they refer to me as JutPicks on Twitter. I post all my plays with brief writeups every day. Now I get to write even more with no character limit!
I pride myself on being as transparent as they come. My MLB record from last season and this season is listed in my bio. On the year, I’ve recorded 116 wins and 91 losses for a gain of +18 units. Without further ado, let’s dive into my favorite play for Saturday.

We’re attacking the San Francisco Giants once again against a right-handed pitcher. On Thursday night, Joe Musgrove was unhittable. Almost literally. He allowed only 1 hit through 7 innings and struck out 6 batters. I project Yu Darvish to have a similar performance tonight at home.
Darvish is a different animal at Petco Park. He has a 1.75 ERA and has pitched into the 7th inning in 5 of 7 games. The Giants are struggled severely against right-handed pitching recently. Over their last 5 games, they’ve combined for 10 hits against starters with 4 of them going at least 6 innings pitched.
With the Giants’ woeful recent struggles and Darvish’s success at home, this bet is a no-brainer.
