Pickswise was nice enough to give me the opportunity to write up my plays for you all. For those of you who don’t know me, they refer to me as JutPicks on Twitter. I post all my plays with brief writeups every day. Now I get to write even more with no character limit!
I pride myself on being as transparent as they come. My MLB record from last season and this season is listed in my bio. On the year, I’ve recorded 129 wins and 97 losses for a gain of +22 units. Without further ado, let’s dive into my favorite play for Sunday.
Mitch Keller (PIT) under 2.5 earned runs (-115)

Stop me if you’ve heard this before. We’re fading the Miami Marlins against a right-handed starter. We personally were on Keller against the Marlins two starts ago where he allowed only 1 run through 7 innings.
The Marlins without Jazz Chisholm are struggling. Since June, they rank in the bottom 10 of all of baseball in on-base percentage and hitting .238. They finally unleashed two days ago against fellow right-handed starter Zach Thompson. After 3 scoreless innings, the Marlins scored 7 runs against him in 5.1 innings pitched. Before that game, right-handed starters stunned the Marlins for under 3 runs in 14 straight games.
Keller looked sensational against the Rockies in his last start. He threw 6 scoreless innings in a losing effort. Keller is under this line in 10 of 18 starts and will look to dominate the Marlins again.
