MLB Friday presents bettors with a loaded 15-game slate and plenty of value on the board to attack. Let’s dive into our top MLB player prop bet for Friday, July 26, but don’t forget you can also find out our experts’ MLB picks for today’s matchups.

Brady Singer (KCR) Under 5.5 Hits Allowed (-140)

Line available at DraftKings Sportsbook at time of publishing.

Brady Singer was marvelous in his first outing since the extended All-Star Break. He threw seven innings of shutout baseball and allowed just three hits before the 6th inning. That came against the woeful Chicago White Sox. Singer gets the other Chicago squad in the Cubs tonight, but this time at home.

Singer’s home/road splits are eye-opening. At home, he’s responsible for five of his six wins, an ERA below 2.50, and most importantly, staying under his hits allowed prop in nine of 11 games.

The Cubs have been nothing short of a disappointment this season. They find themselves at the bottom of the NL Central standings primarily due to an offense hitting at a bottom 10 rate against RHP – the side Singer throws from. We’re taking on some vig for this play, but the margins are thin like any other pitcher prop.
