The week in Major League Baseball continues with a full 15-game slate on Friday. It begins with the Cubs hosting the Phillies, while other showdowns include Blue Jays vs Yankees, Red Sox vs Guardians, Rangers vs Giants and Braves vs Diamondbacks. There are more than enough betting opportunities, so let’s try to take advantage. Let’s get into tonight’s MLB parlay picks at +1003 odds for Friday’s action, and also be sure to check out all of our MLB picks.

Detroit Tigers -1.5 over Baltimore Orioles (+164)

To start our MLB parlay, we’re taking the Tigers on the run line. The Tigers are playing at home (10-3 at Comerica Park so far this season) and Casey Mize (3-1, 2.22 ERA, 0.95 WHIP) is toeing the rubber. To say that those factors are good news for Detroit would be a gross understatement. Mize has allowed 1 run or fewer in 3 of his 4 outings, realizing the potential the Tigers saw when they made him the #1 overall pick in the 2018 MLB Draft. Meanwhile, Brandon Young is making his 2nd big-league appearance for the Orioles due to both injuries and general poor performances elsewhere in the pitching staff. The disappointing O’s are just 10-14 so far in 2025 and I expect their woes to continue this evening.

New York Mets -1.5 over Washington Nationals (-105)

Next in our MLB parlay, let’s side with the Mets covering against the Nats. The Mets are the best team in baseball at 18-7 and they have won 7 in a row heading into this 4-game set with the Nationals. Their streak should continue with Kodai Senga on the mound tonight. He is 3-1 with a 0.79 ERA. Washington (11-14) is actually playing decent baseball at the moment and Jake Irvin is 2-0 with a 3.68 ERA. However, Irvin’s 2 wins have come at the expense of the Pirates and Rockies. The Mets’ lineup – led by Francisco Lindor, Juan Soto and Pete Alonso – is an entirely different beast. Lindor especially is on fire, so Irvin may have a tough day at the office. Give me New York to prevail by multiple runs.

Toronto Blue Jays ML over New York Yankees (+114)

The Blue Jays have lost 5 in a row, but they can make up the entirety of their 3-game deficit in the AL East with a sweep of the Yankees this weekend. But it’s 1 game at a time, of course, so for now Toronto can only focus on Friday. It’s a matchup the visitors should be able to win. Carlos Carrasco is taking the mound for the home team and he has been terrible so far this season. The 38-year-old righty is saddled with a 6.53 ERA and 1.45 WHIP to go along with a 15-to-7 strikeout-to-walk ratio in 20.2 innings of work. The Jays are countering with Jose Berrios, who also has disappointing numbers but has actually been solid of late. In 4 April outings, Berrios is 1-0 with a 3.80 ERA and Toronto is 3-1 in those 4 games. The Blue Jays have good value as underdogs in this one.
