With the Super Bowl only a few days away it’s time to lock in your bets. Of course there are the bets about who will win, what team will cover the spread or if the game will go over or under the total but there are also over 1000 prop bets that can be placed. Some of the Super Bowl prop bets are pretty unusual heading into this big game so let’s break down some of the weirder ones and how you can make money on them.

How Long will it take Gladys Knight to Sign the National Anthem? Over 1 minute, 47 seconds (5/8) Under 1 minute 47 seconds (6/5)

Gladys Knight is set to the sing the National Anthem and betting on how long she will take to sing it seems a bit random, but I think this is actually one of the best prop bets on the board and there is some money to be made here.

In the last ten Super Bowls only one of the National Anthems have gone under 1:47 (with one landing right on the number). Over the last ten games, the average length of the National Anthem is a little bit over two minutes and I think that is the direction you need to take with this one.

I expect she will take right around two minutes which gives you about 13 seconds to spare and that means you will be cashing if you bet the over 1 minute and 47 seconds in this game.

How many plays will CBS analyst Tony Romo correctly predict before the snap Over Under 7.5 (5/6)

This is one of my favorite prop bets on the board just because it is one of the most unique. A big storyline coming into this game has to do with Tony Romo and just how much success he has had at predicting plays.

Even Wade Phillips made a joke about it saying he was going to have Tony in his ear to help him read the defense so the Rams defense could make the stops.

It seems almost every play Tono Romo calls perfectly what is going to happen which means I think the over has to be the play here. The only way I see this bet is going under is if CBS tells him to tone it back a bit, but that isn’t something I think they will do.

How many times will the CBS television broadcast mention Rams coach Sean McVay’s age? Over 1.5 (10/19) Under 1.5 (29/20)

It seems everyone’s favorite talking point around the Rams is Sean McVay and just how young he is. I think this is going to be a talking point just like the weather was in Minnesota last year. I look for them to say this at least three times which means the over is the play.

What will be the predominant color of Adam Levine’s top at the start of the halftime show? Black (2/3) Any Other Color (11/10)

Adam Levine and Maroon 5 are doing the halftime show and there is no question that LeVine’s favorite color to wear is black. I think being the Super Bowl he might try to switch it up a bit and I think the play in this one is on any other color to bring home the cash.
