The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets take on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta. Georgia Tech opened the season on a high with a win over Florida State that has not aged well. Since then they have lost to Syracuse and Louisville with wins over Duke and North Carolina. They are 5-2 and 3-2 in the conference which puts them right in the middle of the pack but they are still a solid football team. Notre Dame has only lost one game this season but it was a 16-14 dud against Northern Illinois. The Fighting Irish’s average margin of victory versus FBS opponents is 28.6 points while the Yellow Jackets is only 10.8 points. The Yellow Jackets are also losing some of their home-field advantage by playing this game at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Look for Notre Dame to not only win this game but cover the spread.
